RULES AND REQUEST

The transport facility is available for students and staff on all major routes. Students can avail the school transport arrangements subject to the availability of seats. The school does not entertain any request for change in bus routes to suit an individual’s convenience. Change of bus stop for a day or a week is not entertained. As a rule, such request should not be made. In case of emergency, parents should take their child personally from the school with the permission of the Principal. It will be appreciated if such information is sent to the school in advance. In case parents send someone to pick up the student from the school they should make a call to school as well as send an authority letter for the same. Parents of students are not allowed to travel by the school bus under any circumstance. Parents are requested to see that the children are escorted to and from the bus. Children and escorts should be at the bus stop five minutes before the expected arrival time of the bus.

Regarding the transport facilities, suggestions are cordially invited from the parents. The decision will be made in the interest of the students, parents and the institution after cordial discussion. Transport facility is being provided by the institution only for the benefit of the students on the request of parents. Neither the institution nor the parents want any casualty. But whatever is allotted by God can not be blotted. So in that case, the institution wants that the parents ought not to impose any kind of allegation on the school authorities, when any unexpected mis happening occurs.
